Whitney is a Law undergraduate with a long-standing passion for youth work, and a strong desire to make a difference. She is particularly focused on workplace race equality, having seen first-hand the barriers ethnic minorities face in entering certain career sectors.
She has been a member of the Greater Manchester Youth Combined Authority, a group working with the Greater Manchester Police to improve the police’s relationship with ethnic minority communities.
Whitney’s experiences motivate her to improve access and opportunities for underrepresented groups. Through her studies and advocacy, she is committed to tackling inequality and supporting young people to reach their full potential.
Like many other, Whitney previously joined the YAN 2024 and remains part of the group once again.
