Paulina graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2023 having studied Human resources management.
She has worked for a variety of companies such as Odeon Cinemas, Gala Bingo and IKEA in people management roles and now manages the operational HR for a start-up.
Paulina’s prior management experience has given her the platform to train and guide individuals into discovering their potential through role model/mentorship.
Paulina has been inspired by her hard-working friends and family who have instilled her with a hard-working attitude and self-belief. Paulina joined R2S to inspire young people to believe in themselves.
