Our team makes a real difference
to the lives of young people.
Our Commitment
Routes2Success prides itself for providing young people in schools, and other educational settings, with positive role-models and dedicated mentors from similar backgrounds. These volunteers play a key role in supporting young people with careers advice, entrepreneurial skills, making positive choices and provide tips and guidance on overcoming obstacles.
Role-models and mentors come from a range of backgrounds and experiences, but share a commitment to equal opportunities and helping all young people reach their potential.
“I love how the role-model was able to change his life by doing something he is passionate about.”
