Tebussum is the lead consultant for ARE and is an experienced trainer/facilitator.
She delivers bespoke packages on unconscious/unchallenged bias, cultural competency, race equality and de-biasing decision making. She was formerly the Deputy Chief Executive of ARE.With over 30 years’ experience of working across sectors and in particular with the voluntary and community sector, she has helped influence policy change and support grassroots initiatives.
Tebussum has successfully supported a range of projects around the country. Her scope has meant working in fields including criminal justice, race equality, gender equality, mental health, domestic abuse, education and employment.
