The Routes2Success Guide for Young People was produced by Action for Race Equality to help children and young people create their own REAPs.
It has been developed as part of ARE’s Routes2Success (R2S) role model and mentoring programme, which inspires young people from Black, Asian, Arab and Mixed Heritage backgrounds to succeed in education, employment or self-employment.
Race Equality Action Projects enable young people to explore a race or ethnicity issue or inequality that affects their community in a productive and meaningful way.
