No Talent Wasted: A roadmap to ending ethnic inequality in youth employment is a report from the Race Equity in Employment Task Force, developed by Action for Race Equality in partnership with Business in the Community.
Grounded in data, research and lived experience, the report examines the persistent racial disparities affecting Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage young people aged 16–24 in the UK labour market. It sets out five practical recommendations for government, employers, education providers and local and regional leaders to improve race equity in youth employment and ensure young people have equitable access to meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities.
