With a career background in marketing and advertising, he discovered his passion lay in shaping stories that matter.
Guerin is committed to representing young Black men, giving a voice to the voiceless, and creating space for young people to be seen, heard, and valued.
He is also the founder of The 1%, a social enterprise connecting underrepresented creatives with leading brands through workshops and insight events.
