Guerin is a culture-led strategist and the youngest Black speaker in the House of Parliament. He has delivered keynotes at YouTube, the Financial Times, and Zoom, using his platform to amplify underrepresented voices and inspire the next generation.
With a career background in marketing and advertising, he discovered his passion lay in shaping stories that matter.
Guerin is committed to representing young Black men, giving a voice to the voiceless, and creating space for young people to be seen, heard, and valued.
He is also the founder of The 1%, a social enterprise connecting underrepresented creatives with leading brands through workshops and insight events.
