Action for Race Equality (ARE) is applying for a new grant to develop and deliver a London ethnic minority graduate employment project.
We have launched a crucial survey aimed at young graduates in London from Black, Asian, East & South East Asian, and mixed heritage backgrounds to shape this work. Ethnic minority graduates aged 22 – 30 years old, are invited to share their views on the practical support that they believe is needed to help secure or progress to a graduate level job.
The survey is designed to uncover the specific needs, aspirations, and barriers faced by young graduates as they navigate the early stages of their careers.
Deadline: October 18th, 2023
All graduates who complete the survey will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £150 gift vouchers. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
The insights gained from this survey will not only inform ARE’s programmes but will also be shared with key stakeholders, policymakers, and employers. It is a step towards building a future where career opportunities are accessible to everyone, regardless of their ethnic background.
