Developed by Action for Race Equality, for the Greater London Authority’s Workforce Integration Network (WIN), it forms an exciting new companion to the Mayor of London’s Inclusive Employers Toolkit.

The Toolkit was first launched in September 2020 to support employers commit to taking action on workforce equity, diversity and inclusion policies and practices.

This resource expands on this work, drawing on expertise from the construction, digital and technology sectors to share learnings and good practice, helping leaders implement changes practically.
