We are delighted to announce a brand new position has opened up within ARE for a Programme Manager on our UPLIFT Programme. This is an ideal role for an experienced individual to lead our organisational and leadership development work, and manage an important new programme.
The UPLIFT Programme aims to strengthen 300 Black, Asian and Mixed heritage-led organisations over the next decade through organisation development and policy development at the local and regional level.
Funded by the City Bridge Foundation, it now needs a talented and experienced programme leader to manage the funding received.
This is a busy, “hands on” role that involves detailed operational work along stakeholder management. The post-holder will report directly to ARE’s Deputy Chief Executive to whom they are accountable for all aspects of their work.
They will be expected to manage the organisation development and leadership support, work closely with ARE’s policy and comms teams; manage ARE’s team of consultants and all other key stakeholders to ensure this exciting new programme is delivered successfully.
