ARE is seeking to employ a talented and enthusiastic ‘can do’ Programme Support Officer with administrative experience, and a passion for our work tackling race inequality.
As ARE continues to grow, we now need an individual to provide support to a range of programmes across the charity.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who supports the values of our organisation and is committed to our overall aims.
The role requires proficient IT skills – proven experience of using Office 365 including Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Ultimately, being quick to learn, proactive and with a desire to add value are the key requirements of the role.

Action for Race Equality (ARE) is a national race equality charity. We have been running programmes and influencing policy since 1991.
We deliver several programmes each year which requires robust programme support.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of providing administrative support to projects and programmes.
