Sheikh Zarin Tasnim is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Deputy CE at ARE.
Before ARE, she worked as a consultant focusing on community cohesion in London and other parts of the UK.
She has also worked for the United Nations where she primarily worked on racial equity within the organisation. In addition, she has acquired work experience from both International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Turkey, working for Syrian refugees in the country.
Zarin completed her MSc from the London School of Economics in International Migration and Public Policy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Melbourne. Her interests are in racial equity, immigrants’ rights, and community cohesion.
