The aim of the Route2Success (R2S) programme, as funded by the Young Londoners Fund (YLF), was to reach 600 boys and girls aged 10-18yrs from ethnic minority backgrounds who were at risk of exclusion or involvement in the criminal justice system and provide them with successful ethnic minority role models and/or mentors to support young people with careers advice, entrepreneurial skills, making positive choices and guidance to overcome obstacles.
