We welcome partnerships with schools, colleges and training organisations on our programmes and projects. We co-design, bespoke activities and bring our own tested, approach to working with young people, particularly those who are disengaged from learning.
Our Routes2Sucess programme is led by Brianna Cyrus and works directly with schools delivering workshops and one-to-one mentoring. If you’d like to find out more about our role-model and mentoring sessions, you can submit an inquiry, or contact us via email.
Colleges and training organisations
The further education sector offers vital routes into education and training that lead many young people into apprenticeships, higher education and employment. We believe further education colleges and training organisations, can, and should do more to understand the drivers behind figures that show that the figures for Black, Asian and other minority ethnic groups are still too low.
In 2010/11 Black, Asian, Mixed and Other minority ethnic groups made up 9% of apprenticeship starts in England, by 2019/20 this had increased to 13%. Our briefing paper, Ethnic Minority Young People and Apprenticeships in England, brings together data we hope will influence decision-makers in the sector.
