The resource captures examples of how employers are supporting underrepresented groups such as young Black men or BAME staff in general to help a wider range of employers at various stages of their journey, specifically:
- Those who have just begun their ED&I journey
- Those who are mid-way through their ED&I journey and are reviewing their practice and reflecting on progress to date.
- Those who consider themselves proficient or competent ED&I organisations and can draw out best practice.
