Creative media agency Blitzworks, with Action for Race Equality, has issued an exciting casting call for young Black men to star in a new video production and campaign for our Moving on Up programme.
This forms part of our core efforts to promote the hiring, retention and progression of young Black men in in the Construction, Finance and Tech sectors, who, even with a degree, remain three times more likely to be unemployed compared to white counterparts.
We want to change this unacceptable inequality, and address the need for employers to recognise and harness young Black talent in the workforce.
Blitzworks’ campaign will to put young Black men on the radar for the companies they want to work for.
